Kinwave is a family caregiving coordination app operated by Taygetus LLC. It is designed to help families organize medications, medication logs, appointments, tasks, Care Log notes, documents, and shared responsibilities for a loved one.

Kinwave is a care-coordination tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency response.

We may collect account information such as your email address, display name, authentication details, and account identifiers.

Wavelet membership and roles

We process information about which Kinwave account and Wavelets you belong to, your role, and the access needed to keep each Wavelet private and role-based.

Care-coordination information

Depending on how Kinwave is used, a Wavelet may contain care-recipient information, medications, medication logs, appointments, tasks, Care Log notes, documents, images, comments, and related collaboration details that users choose to add.

Documents and images

If you upload a document or image, we process and store the file so authorized Wavelet members can access it inside Kinwave.

AI Quick Add

Premium users may speak or type a request to create a draft task, appointment, medication, or care note. For voice requests, audio is processed for transcription. Text, transcripts, and related context may be processed to generate a draft. You review the draft before anything is saved.

AI-generated drafts can be incomplete or incorrect and are meant to help with drafting, not to give medical advice.

Subscription information

If you purchase Kinwave Premium through Google Play, we process subscription-status information needed to verify the purchase, maintain access, restore purchases, and manage plan status. Google Play handles payment processing.

Support communications

If you contact us, we may process your name, email address, and message so we can respond. Please do not include sensitive care details unless they are necessary for us to help with your request.

Limited technical and security information

We may process limited technical and security information, such as timestamps, app-version details, request metadata, and privacy-minded diagnostic information needed to operate the service, protect accounts, investigate abuse, and maintain security.

Information added to a Wavelet is shared with the invited members of that Wavelet according to their role and access level. Kinwave is designed so one Wavelet is kept separate from another.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Retention may vary by data type and the reason the information is processed.

You can request account deletion inside the app or through our Delete Account page. Identity verification may be required. Before deleting, download any documents you want to keep and review any active Google Play subscription.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Kinwave information. These include secure sign-in, encrypted network connections, role-based access, server-side authorization, and access controls intended to keep Wavelets separated.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your account credentials and invite only people who should have access to the information in a Wavelet.
