Kinwave Terms of Use

1. Agreement to the Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to Kinwave, a family caregiving coordination app operated by Taygetus LLC. By using Kinwave, you agree to these Terms.

2. About Kinwave and Taygetus LLC

Taygetus LLC owns and operates Kinwave. Kinwave is designed to help families coordinate care information and responsibilities in private Wavelets.

3. Description of Kinwave

Kinwave may include medications, medication logs, appointments, tasks, Care Log notes, documents, images, invited collaborators, and AI Quick Add draft creation features.

4. No medical advice

Kinwave is not a healthcare provider, medical device, diagnostic service, or substitute for professional judgment. Do not rely on Kinwave for medical advice or care decisions.

5. Emergencies

Do not use Kinwave for emergencies. Contact emergency services or an appropriate licensed professional when urgent help is needed.

6. Account registration and security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials private, and using Kinwave lawfully.

7. Private Wavelets and invited collaborators

A Wavelet is a private care-coordination space. Owners can invite collaborators and remove them to revoke access. Access depends on each person's role.

8. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you add, the permissions you grant to others, and whether you have the right to share information inside Kinwave.

9. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Kinwave, try to access another person's Wavelet without permission, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, or use the service in a way that violates the law or harms others.

10. User-provided content

You retain responsibility for information, notes, documents, images, and other content you upload or enter. You grant Taygetus LLC the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and transmit that content to provide Kinwave to authorized members.

11. Documents and images

Before deleting an account, download any documents you want to keep. Kinwave is not a permanent archive service.

12. AI Quick Add drafts

Premium users may use voice or text to create a draft task, appointment, medication, or care note. AI-generated drafts can be incomplete or incorrect. Review every draft carefully before saving it. Do not rely on AI Quick Add for medical advice, emergency instructions, or care decisions.

13. Premium subscriptions and app store billing

Kinwave Premium may be offered as a recurring subscription, including auto-renewable subscription options, through an app store provider such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription details, pricing, billing period, renewal information, and any trial or introductory terms are presented in the app and through the applicable app store provider before you confirm a purchase.

Subscriptions are billed to the app store account used to make the purchase, such as your Apple ID or Google Play account. Unless you cancel in accordance with the applicable app store provider's rules, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple ID/App Store account settings or your Google Play account settings, as applicable. Refund requests, billing disputes, and other purchase issues are handled according to the policies of the applicable app store provider.

14. iOS license and Apple Standard EULA

For iOS users, Kinwave is licensed, not sold, to you. If Taygetus LLC does not provide a separate custom end user license agreement for the iOS app in App Store Connect, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to your use of the iOS app. Apple's Standard EULA is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

15. Account deletion

You can request deletion inside the app or through our Delete Account page. Identity verification may be required. Deleting an account may remove access for collaborators if you own the Kinwave account.

16. Privacy Policy

Your use of Kinwave is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

17. Service availability

We work to keep Kinwave available, but service can be interrupted or changed. Features, access rules, and workflows may change as Kinwave evolves.

18. Intellectual property

Kinwave, its branding, software, website, and related materials are owned by Taygetus LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

19. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Kinwave is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or fitness for every caregiving situation.

20. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Taygetus LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of Kinwave. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

21. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity.

22. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms as Kinwave evolves. When we do, we will update the date on this page.
